# Privacy statement

## Who are we?

ISYTECH BV is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Questions about your data: info@isytech.be, Oudenaardestraat 53b, 8570 Anzegem.

## Which data and why?

If you fill in the contact form, we use your name, e-mail address, organisation and phone number (both optional), subject and message (plus the language in which you viewed the site) only to answer your question. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying. We keep this data no longer than necessary and never sell or share it for marketing. The form is processed by our web provider Zichtbaar Studio, which only forwards your message to us.

## Cookies and statistics

We count visits anonymously, without cookies: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from (e.g. Google) and what kind of device they use. We keep no IP address and cannot recognise you; a visitor can only be told apart within the same day. If your browser asks not to be tracked, we count nothing. This runs through the dashboard of our web provider Zichtbaar Studio; figures are deleted after 25 months.

We also use Google Analytics, but only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Change your choice any time via "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.

## Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and the time of your consent. You are only added after clicking the confirmation email. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link; after that we no longer use your address.

## Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact us to do so. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
